PERSONAL ATTENDANCE RESTRICTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH COVID-19 REGULATIONS.

Please note that any motion to be considered must be submitted in writing, duly proposed, and seconded by two full members and submitted to the secretary at least 7 days prior to date of AGM.

NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION TO THE COMMITTEE:

Anyone wishing to be considered for election to the committee must submit a written nomination in a sealed envelope to the secretary at 7 days prior to the AGM. Such nominations must be proposed and seconded by two full members of the club.
