Our 3rd team played their final group game in the Balbriggan tournament against Rush Athletic and came away with a 3-2 win. 1-0 up at half time through a super lob from Andy King quickly became 2-0 straight after the restart when Keith Martin put the ball in the top corner 1 minute in. A dubious penalty brought Rush back into the game but 10 minutes later the 2 goal lead was restored after Jonny got taken down in the box. Keith slotted away the peno for his 2nd & our 3rd. Rush pulled one back with 5 minutes remaining but the lads comfortably saw the game through. 
Into the final now on Sunday afternoon against MDL side Lourdes Celtic.
